Bodo

Slow day to Bodo. Short journey so no real rush. Bit of a climb up and over to drop down to the coast.

Visited the aircraft museum, which was crammed full of interesting stuff, including a U2 spy plane, a similar one to which was flying to Bodo when brought down in Russia during the cold war.

We are at a hotel tonight which has free WiFi and free waffles - which is a first.

Bodo seems to be a nice little port town. Ferries out to the islands, whaling ships in the harbour with harpoon guns on the bow.

Interesting surreal wall art, I suppose they need something to do on the long dark nights. There also appears to be a Bodo Banksy about.

This is about as far north as we are going to go.
